Vulcan is a machine gun-style turret, which has been added to the game on the 6th of February. Its firing range and impact force make it hard for opponents to shake this turret off. The most notable characteristics of this gun are auto-aim, heat damage, continuous fire and long range. It's unlocked at the rank of Corporal for the price of 650 crystals.

General

This turret, being exactly like a machine gun, fires non-stop.Although If you fire for too long, your turret will start to make you overheat, and you will lose health in the form of heat damage, similar to what you experience when a Firebird shoots flames at you. You may use a First Aid/Repair Kit to prevent yourself from taking too much self-damage and self-destructing, if there is a Freeze or Isida that is on your team shooting at you, as long as they keep on firing there is no limit on how long you can shoot for. The turret's aim is also very accurate, meaning you are guaranteed to hit the opponent if the turret is fixed upon them. It is explained in the game that this is because of a gyroscope built inside this turret, which means that even if the user is under attack, they will still fire upon their target.

Another remarkable feature of this turret is its impact force, which is rather considerable, being a machine gun. It seems the impact force of this turret is 99, which is lower than a Ricochet or a Railgun, but less than Thunder or Twins. When the gun actually fires at an opponent in the game, however, the opponents seem rather disturbed by the Vulcan's projectiles, as they knock the opponent back due to the weapon's high fire rate. To put this simply, it may seem the Vulcan has a shameful impact force, but it seems to be referencing what impact force is put upon a single projectile, meaning firing 20+ projectiles on a target has a more impressive impact force.

Reloading the Vulcan is actually pretty fast, similar to how you reload a real machine gun. Turning this turret is approximately the same as turning a Ricochet, which would mean about 73.8 (Ricochet is 74.3). The turret's range ( distance the turret can fire) is long, about 127.1 according to the gun's garage characteristics. This means you can fire freely almost anywhere which also means it is good for larger maps so you can shoot to the other side of the map.

M1 Vulcan

Vulcan M1 - The M1 version of Vulcan shows itself in a truly amazing spotlight, as all of its parameters get upgraded enormously. You have better range, more damage and even more impact force, which goes up from 99 to a crazy 228. You can turn the turret slightly faster. If you're addicted to playing with the Vulcan, definitely save up for the upgrade. Unlockable at the rank of Warrant Officer 2 for 28 300 crystals.'

M2 Vulcan

Vulcan M2

- The M2 version of Vulcan shows similar parameter evolution, as the impact force rises from 228 to 309, for example. You can turn the turret surprisingly fast (95.7), almost the same speed as a M0 Freeze gun (which has 97.7). You will also deal even more damage with your turret, the number being 43.5, meaning your Vulcan will be among the most troubling weapons for your enemy. Unlockable at the rank of Second Lieutenant for 82 700 crystals.'

M3 Vulcan

Vulcan M3 - The M3 version and the last upgrade of Vulcan unleashes the true force of this machine gun-style turret. The damage goes from 43.5 to 59.7, threatening every tank on the battlefield. The impact force rises from the insane 309 to 487. Turning the turret becomes faster as well, putting you in a real advantage. Fighting at long ranges is also a real asset, as your range is now 183.5. Unlockable at the rank of Field Marshal for 231 000 crystals.

Trivia

• The Vulcan is one among 5 other turrets which actually resemble a real gun/turret, the others apart from the Vulcan are Shaft, Thunder, Smoky and Hammer.

• When a Vulcan's projectiles hit the Hammer turret, they do no damage as of now.
