Premium paint

Premium paint (formerly Premium color) is a paint in Tanki Online. It is given to all players with a premium account, and provides protection against all turrets and mines. The paint remains in the player's garage as long as the premium account hasn't expired.

History[]

The Premium paint was first announced in episode 63 of the Tanki V-Log, on October 6, 2015. At that time, it was told that the protection value will be 20%. On October 20, 2015, the release date of premium accounts was announced, with the new protection value, of 15% each.^[1] It was released the next day, on October 21, 2015.

On December 25, 2015, as the annual Holiday celebrations began, the paint was given a blue, frosty look.

Trivia[]

If a premium account expires while the player has the Premium paint equipped, it will automatically be replaced with Green. If this occurs during battle, the player may keep the paint, until leaving it or refreshing.
Before the release of this paint, all paints with protection against more than 4 turrets and/or mine protection were exclusive paints, meaning that they could only be obtained via special contests or awarded to special players by the staff. This is the first time a paint such as this can be obtained without winning anything.
The December 2015 theme of the paint slightly resembles Frost and Swash.
It has a wavy pattern, probably used for armor and/or protection.
