Distributor is a paint in Tanki Online. It was released for the event War: Domination, available to players to purchase for 1,000 crystals startin the rank of 
Master Corporal.
Once purcahsed, the player is randomly assigned to one of the three teams of the event, and the paint changes to a respective derivative based on the team: Wolves, Bears or Lions.
The paint by itself is exclusively used to associate the player with one of the teams, and equipping it is not required for participating in the event itself.
